Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by American Colors, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or incomplete information.
Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We may update prices without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
Shipping Areas: We ship to Puerto Rico .Restrictions may apply to certain areas.
Delivery Times: Goods will be shipped upon order confirmation, and customers can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of placing the order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at order confirmation based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Returns: You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if the goods are not up to standard (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect). Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting miguel@americancolors.us. Once shipped, orders are subject to our return policy.
